Yvette Tan is a Singapore‑based senior digital journalist and news editor at BBC News, known for shaping the Asia desk’s coverage of major global events.

Yvette Tan has worked at the BBC’s Asia bureau since 2017, rising to the role of Senior Digital Journalist and News Editor in 2021. She manages the day‑to‑day news agenda, edits features, commissions articles, and oversees a team of digital journalists across text, video, and social platforms.
