Niall McCabe announces his biggest Mayo show

13 March 2025

AFTER selling out two shows in Matt Molloy's, Niall McCabe has announced the biggest Mayo show of his career.

Clare Islander and international touring guitarist and songwriter Niall McCabe spends most of his time on the road singing songs about his homeland, and he returns home with his full band next May 17 with a special concert at Westport Town Hall Theatre.

After two unforgettable sold-out nights at Matt Molloy’s at the beginning of December, the Mayo native said he was delighted to be heading to the town hall in Westport in May to celebrate the release of his second album.

“This time, I’ll be joined by my full band, and we’re bringing a mix of songs from the new album along with some old favourites,” he said. “It means the world to me to celebrate this milestone with the people who’ve supported me along the way - and there’s no better place to do it than Westport Town Hall.

“Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to see you there!"

Tickets for the May 17 show are €27.50 and are available now at www.westporttheatre.com
