Luc Lorfèvre is a prominent Belgian music journalist and cultural coordinator, best known for his long-standing career at the weekly magazine Moustique. After graduating with a degree in Journalism and Communication from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), he joined Moustique in September 2004 as the Music Editor. Since June 2013, he has further expanded his role within the publication, serving as the coordinator for the magazine's cultural pages, where he oversees coverage of music, arts, and lifestyle.

Beyond his editorial work at Moustique, Lorfèvre is a versatile media personality with a significant presence in Belgian television and radio. Since 2012, he has been a regular music columnist for the television show D6BELS On Stage on La Deux (RTBF) and has contributed to the radio program Entrez sans frapper on La Première since 2014. His expertise is frequently sought after in the industry, leading him to serve as a jury member for prestigious Belgian music honors such as the D6BELS Music Awards and the Sabam Awards.

In addition to his primary roles, Lorfèvre is a prolific freelance contributor to various specialized music publications. He has written for Larsen, a magazine published by the Conseil de la Musique, since 2006 and has collaborated with the European review Festivals. His deep involvement in the Wallonia-Brussels music scene also includes work as a coach for the Studio des Variétés, where he provides interview coaching and media training for emerging artists, cementing his reputation as a central figure in the Belgian cultural landscape.
