🚍 Como Rolls Forward: Seven New Yutong E‑Buses

ASF Autolinee, the public transport operator in Como, has officially introduced seven new Yutong electric buses to its urban fleet. Presented on November 11, these vehicles mark a significant step in the city’s transition toward sustainable mobility. With this delivery, Como now operates 32 Yutong e-buses, covering multiple urban lines with zero-emission service.

⚡ Charging Infrastructure Upgrade

The expansion is supported by a new charging hub at the Lazzago depot. Eight Assytech charging columns, each delivering between 75 and 150 kW, can simultaneously charge up to 16 buses. The system is integrated with ASF’s digital control center for real-time monitoring and is designed with a canopy prepared for solar panel installation, ensuring future energy efficiency.

🚌 Technical Features of Yutong E10 & E12

The Yutong E10 (10 meters) and E12 (12 meters) models are equipped with regenerative braking, fully electric HVAC systems, and advanced driver-assistance tools. Safety is enhanced through internal surveillance cameras and 360° external coverage, while accessibility features include manual boarding ramps, LetiSmart radio beacons for visually impaired passengers, and onboard audio-visual information systems.
