The Institut Jacques Delors is a European think tank founded in 1996 by Jacques Delors, former President of the European Commission. Originally named Notre Europe, the institute focuses on producing analyses and proposals for European decision-makers and the public, contributing to debates on EU policies and integration.

The institute conducts research on topics such as European democracy, economic policy, energy transition, and global governance, aiming to strengthen European unity and cooperation. It has offices in Paris, Berlin, and Brussels, with its Berlin branch merging with the Hertie School to form the Jacques Delors Centre.
