Daniel Nowack is the Head of Social Innovation at the World Economic Forum and the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship. He leads initiatives that engage the private and public sectors in social innovation, including the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship, which represents over 100,000 social entrepreneurs worldwide.

Previously, Nowack served as Managing Director at Yunus Social Business (YSB), an impact investing fund co-founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus. He has also worked as a startup CFO, a mentor for Google Launchpad and Founders Institute, and a lecturer at TU Munich, Tokyo University, and the University of Geneva.

Nowack holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and is a Certified Expert in ESG and Impact Investing. He is also a member of the ESCP High-Level Advisory Council on Sustainability.
