Catherine Shanaghan is an independent consultant based in Auckland, New Zealand. Her work focuses on the intersection of product, change, and communication, with an emphasis on human-centred approaches to organisational transformation. Through her consultancy, Cimplicity Limited, she has contributed to projects across sectors including retail, government, and transport—supporting initiatives at organisations such as Foodstuffs, Air New Zealand, and Auckland Council.

Since 2021, she has also led Humanyser, a project aimed at helping individuals and organisations become more values-led. This includes the development and testing of tools that align personal and professional values with decision-making and ways of working.

Catherine’s earlier roles include senior product and strategy positions at Yellow New Zealand, where she supported the company’s shift from print to digital media, and at Paymark, where she worked on eCommerce and mobile commerce initiatives.
