Anna Williams is an experienced music editor, proofreader, typesetter, and project manager based in Edinburgh, Scotland. She has been working as a freelance sheet music editor since 2013, following her in-house training at Oxford University Press, where she held various editorial roles from 2008 to 2012.

She specializes in copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and project management for sheet music publications, collaborating with publishers, composers, and performers. Her expertise extends to choral and orchestral music, informed by her own experience as an oboist and choral singer.

Anna holds a BA in Music from the University of Nottingham and an MA in Psychology of Music from the University of Sheffield. She has earned distinctions in DipABRSM Oboe performance and Grade 8 Piano performance. As a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and a member of the Independent Society of Musicians, she is recognized for her contributions to the field.
